Working at The Soap Factory

We’re proud to be a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired. The Soap Factory is committed to fair employment practices, including paying a living wage, fostering a safe & inclusive culture, and recognising the contribution of every team member.

We’re a busy place, so currently run a day shift 7am – 3:30pm 5 days a week and an evening shift 3:15pm – 1:15am 4 days a week.
